Suggestions for mounting an iPod

Does anyone here have a suggestion for a decent mount (and mounting location) for an iPod?
I'd like it up front, so that I can access the controls, as desired.

I have the J&M CB unit and currently have the iPod sitting on the display face with a couple of rubber bands.
I want a more permanent mount that will let me run off switched battery power and keep the thing from getting wet, if possible.

Well I don't know , after replacing the primary gear I could barley hear the noise a little bit every now and then when I first replaced it.So I put Royal Purple motor oil in the bike and I hadn't heard from it for about 1500 miles and now its back bigger and louder then ever . It Comes and go.I guess I should have replaced the clutch basket gear also .Who knows,,, I would think if that was the problem the noise would always be there.I like a bike that sounds of quality which I...

I really like both these new model Victory's.....the Cross Road, and the Cross Country. Finally there is a true dual exhaust touring bike that has a great V-twin sound, plenty of power, loads of storage and great looks. The link below contains about 4 video's....one after the other so be sure to watch them all. They will run consecutively and automatically. If I were to be in the market for another touring bike, this would be it. See what you think.

Hello. Just joined the forum. Bought a teal ACE Tourer about a year ago and have really enjoyed it! My wife Mary has also ridden with me quite a bit and that's been great. I just purchased my 4th Honda, a beautiful, black, 1998 Honda Shadow ACE Tourer (showroom condition with only 7,000 miles on the clock).

I have been riding for nearly 25 years and have always owned Honda motorcycles, with one Suzuki hiccup I just got rid of (what a nightmare).

The bike does have V&H true duals, but isn't anywhere close to finished. I need floorboards, highway pegs, and an engine guard to mount the pegs on, just to get started. I am very interested...

My new tires are ready to go on the bike, I decided on the 180 E-3 rear and the stock Dunlop up front. I have both front and rear taken off the bike also the forks. I plan on sending them out to get powder coated gloss black to match the paint. I'm installing new pads while I have it apart, and rebuilding the forks to make the front end more stable. What else do you ( the forum ) suggest that I look at or do while the bike is apart besides a good cleaning.
