			<description><![CDATA[ The only part of the lower 48 of these good old United States that I have not been too are the states out in the Northeast -  Never been to New England.

The plan called for me riding from St. Paul MN,  to Bar Harbor ME (via Niagara falls NY and some backroads in Vermont and New Hampshire, then down to DC, via
Rhode Island, Delaware, etc. then back home.

			<description><![CDATA[ I went to St.Louis to visit my daughter in August, with a heat index of 105-107 degrees, it wasn&#39;t the best trip I&#39;ve ever undertaken. At just over 800
miles each way, I only spent about $180 in gas round trip! Word of warning: Coming across Kansas on I-70 Between Hayes and Burlington, CO. Stop for gas
whenever possible. Most little towns have gas stations, but they aren&#39;t open on weekends, and close early,( around 6P.M.). It was scary for awhile. I put
29 miles on reserve before... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ so last saturday morning i hopped on my T in st. louis and headed out for a 1000 miles in 24 hours.

i left around 6.30am, rode south to memphis tn before lunch, then on to nashville tn, up to lexington ky to arrive around dinner.  i stopped in a suburb there
to have dinner with a relative, then headed west thru louisville, indiana, illinois and back to st. louis at 2.00am.  if i hadn&#39;t stopped for a couple hour
visit, i would have made it in 17-1/2 hour or so (1050 miles).... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ After the Hoot was over, I had a business meeting in Charlotte, NC.  So, I rode the bike there from Knoxville.

			<description><![CDATA[ My wife and I just completed a 636 mile trip which included southern Minnesota on Hwy 16. This is a very beautiful and scenic drive.  At times we felt we had
the road all to ourselves as we weaved and wound our way through the curves and hills.  A special morning time in the cruise was the Root River on our left,
the towering tree covered cliffs giving shade from the sun on our right, and feeling the cool moist air flowing out of the trees.  Been real tough to
