Well, I guess since she's pretty much complete (except for tweaking the seat rail, adding floorboards and installing the Kury ISO grips and...), it's time to post a pic of the Jasmine Wind (a.k.a. "Matty"). I've owned many bikes over the years, but this girl is the absolute BEST. Great for both in-town and highway, has plenty of torque when I need it, and slow speed manuevering is a breeze. What the heck am I telling YOU guys for? You all know the T is the best bike ever...

Hello Folks -

Been meaning to join this group for a long time and finally found a few minutes in which to do it!

Need help with an old issue. I have the stock/mag wheels on my '99 T and have a heck of a time cleaning them. The recommendations that I have received to date have not worked to my satisfaction.

What are YOUR tricks to shining them up?

My wife Jan doesn't really participate in bike forums, so she lets me do the talking and research, and once in a while I get to ride her bike. We bought this 1998 Tour late in 2007 from a City policeman in Bloomington IL who had kept it in near showroom condition with just a few mods. I have added a couple more since this picture.

We are looking forward to riding...

After going through a number of threads in member's bikes topic, I find that I am a little confused. This past spring I finally got a ride again after a hiatus of 20ish years. I picked up a 98 T with 38K km (23K mi) on her. At first I thought that the T was quite stock. This was how the T came. Now I'm not so sure. In one thread there was a member without rider floorboards. ??? I assumed that all T's had floorboards.
