			<title><![CDATA[ Wheel bearings... ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Kind of thought my bike was not rolling as smooth as it should have.  Decided to replace the front wheel bearings.  While taking the wheel apart I found the
problem to be the inner bearings.

If you ever have to do this job, I would highly recommend a wheel bearing removal tool.  Bought one on ebay for under $40.  The kit includes many different
sized endcaps (20mm fits most Honda&#39;s).  The wheel bearings were no match for this tool and a big hammer.

			<description><![CDATA[ How about I just scored a new Metz ME880 130/70R18 on ebay for $51!!!  Had a couple of others biding but they played smart and didn&#39;t drive the price up so
after watching it for about a week I flew in and snatched it up.  Coming in from the left coast so it should be here in a few days.  Seller has already shipped
this morning.  I already have a ME880 180/70R16 on the back so now I will have a set.  I had these tires on my 95 Shadow VT1100c before and LOVED em.

			<description><![CDATA[ So I cornered the Dunlop rep at the Cycle World show Sunday and I asked him straight up, &quot;What is the shelf-life of your tires?&quot;. I told him how I
buy NOS tires off eBay for cheap and told him how some on this forum would be leery of that due to tire age. He told me that while shelf life does depend on
the conditions of storage, they warranty their tires for 6 years and if there are no cracks or weather checking on the tire, they&#39;re good to go. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I just put a VTX rear tire on the bike (180/70-16), I think it was a D251. I still have the old tire on the front and was wondering what tire to use as a match
for the rear. I can&#39;t seem to find a D251 in the correct size for the front.

I also noticed something odd when I changed tires. When I go hands off at speed, the bike likes to veer to the left. When changing tires, is there a way to
assure proper alignment on these bikes?

I kept pressure at 42psi. Most of my mileage is traversing these straight Texas highways so the middle is worn down with a 2 1/2&quot; strip just about to the
wear bars. If I took it to the threads, it would be probably a 23k tire, but I&#39;m not gonna get a chance to find out.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I&#39;ve put 3 front tires on my bike, with each tire wearing about 2-3000 miles faster than the previous one. The front tire is cupping with an obvious
whirrrr sound when you lean into a turn. I just mounted a new front tire before my recent 3,700 mile round trip to New York. It is already whirring again in
turns. These are the stock Dunlops I&#39;ve been running.

  These tire sizes are not common. Anybody know of some better tires? I&#39;m soon to replace the rear.

			<description><![CDATA[ It appears that often-times vehicle manufacturers recommend lower tire pressures than the tire manufacturers themselves recommend mostly because it makes a
cushier ride. A few years back that got Ford into trouble when using Firestone tires at 6 psi less than what Firestone recommended. It seems that Honda also
recommends lower tire pressure than what tire manufacturers recommend. I have been running my T tires at 38 psi front and 40 psi rear whereas the T&#39;s
