This is the best metal polish I have tried yet. Almost effortless application by hand - just rub it on in a circular motion for 5-10 seconds or until you see black, and wipe off. No need to let dry, just wipe off imediately after you rub it on. All my billet alum parts had this hazy/milky appearance. I just rubbed it on with a cotton cloth and removed with another cotton cloth. No buffing needed. All my uncoated alum parts look like chrome now. It even removed some of my windshields swirl...

Thought I'd give this stuff a try after reading this post and the bottles (polish & sealer) came in yesterday. Tried it on my passenger back rest that has allways been dull with spots. First hand application did wonders. Then I used the Dremmel with polisher and now it shines like a mirror. I will be using it on the wheels this weekend. Thanks for the recommendation!

Both the sealer and the polish are 16oz each. A little goes a long way. It is well worth the price, unless of course, you have copious amounts of elbo grease to spare. By comparison, the Wizards Products brand is $13.50 + S&H each and is only 8.5 oz.

I can only say that it will not get rid of the dark stains that are embedded into the alum. But, if it is just surface aging or tarnished metal, yes it will. My front wheel had a few small dark specs down into the metal and it would not get them completely out. It did however, reduce the darkness of the spots some what. I beleive that only sanding would completely get rid of those dark specs.

So to answer your question directly, Rick - It will definately brighten the wheel up. If...

My rear wheel does not shine as well as the front. Probably due to the fact that it does not get the attention that the front does. Do you think this stuff will bring it back on par with the front? I will need another tire before the riding season is over and would like to really polish it up while I have it off.

Thanks
