God Alan, if you would have asked me a few weeks back I could have done it for almost nothing. Now I can't do it all. My health has gotten so bad that I finally, at my wife's urging (nagging), I got rid of all my little 'therapy tools'. I had all of the scrap metal and wood hauled away and we had a huge garage sale. I sold my torches and mig, with all of the accouterments. I can't hardly make breakfast any more. <img src=http://acetourer.i8.com/nono.gif...

Hi Mick,

I built mine for my Sears lift. I had a pretty nice write-up in here, but it was lost in the hack attack. I used 4" C-channel and 3" angle iron. Because the dang bike is so low to the ground, I couldn't make all the lift points permanent or they wouldn't slide under the bike. I welded three, but not the left front one. I ran two beads of weld down the edge of the channel to support the lift point. I roll the lift under the bike with the adapters on it, then...

Mick, I have a motorcycle lift for which I bought a special adapter for the T. That company is now out of business, but of all the motorcylists that have bought a standard motorcycle lift and made adapters for the standard lift, it seems they fall in two categories. One category of lift owners cuts wooden blocks to size and fits them to four places between the lift and the frame. The other category of motorcyclists welds up metal framework to take up the verticle space between the lift...
