        <![CDATA[ Leaving the house the other day I heard a noise that sounded just
like worn out brake pads but when I applied the brake the sound stayed the same.I took my Tourer to my bike guy and we put it on the lift -started the motor
and put it in gear.With the back wheel spinning it was still hard to tell where the noise was coming from so we threw some brake pad on since they were shot
anyway.That wasn&#39;t it.To make along story short it was the maintenance free driveshaft.He pulled it out and it... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ The last time I had rear end noise, I moved farther away from Stan and Marsha too.

It&#39;s possible that Marsha got a raw deal, since I was taking the word of Dan, which we all know can be a serious mistake.  Sometimes it&#39;s hard to tell

I do change the rear drive oil as recommended in the Service Manual and I repack the gears with grease every time I change the rear tire, but in 71,000 miles I
have never pulled the driveshaft out and looked at it.  So far, I have not had any reason to, but thanks for the warning. ]]></description>
