        <![CDATA[ I didn&#39;t see any tips on removing emblems, so thought I would share our quick tip when John and I want to remove emblems from tanks...


Take a length of fishing line, tie each end around a wrench (you&#39;ll be holding on to the wrench instead of the line so you don&#39;t hurt your fingers when
pulling the line). Use a sawing motion (pulling towards yourself) to get under the edge of the emblem with the fishing line, and slowly make your way all the
way to the end of the emblem. The... ]]>

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve used this technique many times with success on those pesky dealers emblems that some dealers feel a need to stick on autos. The only thing I do
differently is to preheat the emblem with the hairdryer before using the fishing line. Preheating also simplifies removing decals and labels. Careful not to
get the paint too hot, though.

If you don&#39;t have any mineral spirits handy, WD-40 or non-grit type GoJo works great for clean up also.
