Not sure if the Valley View QS still has bike night.  A couple nights ago, when we went to Hoggies, there were a lot of bikes in the lot.

As for SR83 &amp; 93... those are greats roads.  Two years ago, when Fred was still a northerner, we met in Grayson KY for the 2005 Hoot.  I rode SR83/93 from
Akron to Ironton.  The northern part was just written up and reviewed in the Nov 2007 Rider rag.  Personally, I liked the southern part better, especially in

If you decide to come north I would definitely check out Holmes and coshocton counties.  They are easly on the way if you want to avoid the highway.   I just
rode SR- 83 or sr-60 south of millersurg, sr93and us36 beteween sugarcreek and Coshocton, last weekend and they are good.  Not as technical or fun as what Andy
recomends but still fun for north of I70.

The metro parks is a nice ride but if I lived in Columbus, I would head SE towards Athens &amp; Marietta.

the west side better just because I was more familar with it.  I had planed on going to the BMW Motorcycles of Cleveland&#39;s dinner ride ride yesterday.  But
it is the oposite side of town and I got out of work late.  Maybe next time.  They where going to Quaker Steak &amp; Lube which I beleve is next door to

			<description><![CDATA[ Yesterday looked like the last nice day for a while, so I braved the fog and light rain to ride to work.  Right on queue, the sun broke through the clouds at
noon and by 1pm it was a perfect day.  Took the afternoon off and decided to ride the whole metro parks loop.   A quick trip from downtown Cleveland to the
Lakewood/Rocky River border and I was on the start of the loop.  About two hours (70 miles later) I finished near my house.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>Sunday I finally went north of the brecksville reservation in to gorge parkway and the south chagrin reservation, not bad.  Little chilly but that
wasn&#39;t the roads fault.  Honestly I think I like the west side&#39;s rocky river reservation better, equal on the curves and the road surface was in better
shape.   I then went south back the same way and continued though the cuyahoga rec area all the way to Akron.  Then turned north and rode back past the winking

Just found out we&#39;re opening an office in NW Akron, Fairlawn to be exact.  It&#39;s about 6 miles south of Penisula, one mile west of Riverview road.   And
I get to ride my bike to the construction meetings every Friday afternoon.  Even though the gorge is not on the way, I&#39;m sure road conditions and other
traffic delays are going to force a detour.

riding areas always means having to commute through city traffic and I hate that. There is not one single escape out of town that doesn&#39;t put me into city
traffic. You can&#39;t imagine how many good riding sessions get squashed because of my having to think about getting out of town.
