        <![CDATA[ Last Thursday Mike2000T and I had a wonderful ride up the Blue Ridge Parkway.  After meeting in Rutherfordton, NC and riding up US 221 and SR 226 we jumped on
the Parkway at Little Switzerland, around Mile Marker 332, and rode north to Laurel Springs, NC at SR 18 around Mile Marker 248.  Along the way we saw Tony,
Rich &amp; Sandy at a picnic table, so we stopped and talked for a bit.  They all headed south to the Linn Cove Viaduct, around Mile Marker 300.  Mike and I

For my money I&#39;d follow you any day . Probably from a distance though because I can&#39;t keep up . The best we can hope for is that somehow we learn from
our mistakes.

			<description><![CDATA[ Good plan on the body shop getting the tank dents out Fred.  I priced new OEM tanks and the prices ranged from $670 to $960.  I found an unpainted used tank
for $250.  I took my tank to a local body shop and he said he would take the dent out and re-paint for $200. I can then stick the extra $700 in my
pocket....where I am sure it won&#39;t last long. Good luck with your project Fred.  Bob ]]></description>

<p>Thanks for the warning on the Clearview windshield leadtime. I can wait. I am not planning any trips with the T until Bike Week in Myrtle Beach next Spring.
I don&#39;t need a windshield to ride around the local area even if I could ride around the local area anytime soon.</p>

<p>One of my brothers is an autobody mechanic. It is amazing what body shops can do to suck-out dents. I would be surprised if they cannot pop-out the 2&quot;

There is no need to apologize. Stuff happens and we learn from it. We had fast riders and a slower rider go down, but no one got seriously hurt, and we should
