Alain, heat is the key to using that edging. Leave it in the sun for a while before installing and it will go on smooooooth like silk!!!

Nix....in the next couple of weekends I'm going to add the chrome door edging around my gas thank like you have done. Got any advice? Looks good by the way.

Finally had an oportunity to post some updated pics.

I have added:

chrome headlight and lightbar visors
chrome rad cover
chrome horn cover
chrome tank trim
chrome fuel petcock with cover
chrome oil filler cap
chrome dip stick
chrome brake pedal cover

I just need to find a chrome liscense plate holder that I like and I think that would be it.

The Custom World light bar looks very similar, but the 'rings' that hold the lights in place look a little different. But same general good looking appearance.

Since I have the same light bar and am in need of parts (I had one of the chrome rings fall off from a screw that vibrated out) like a chrome ring and the clips that hold the lamps in place, I also immediately got onto their website and found that they no longer make anything that even looks like light bars. They have a number of honda models shown on the site, with no parts for ours.

So, Alepel, I am just where you are, would love to find parts but this place is apparently no...

I really like that light bar , it is actually a light bar instead of just the little arms . I had not noticed it when I first looked at the pics , but it does look good .

Congrats on the great find. This was the "other" color combo that I was looking for when I found my silver/black one.

I noticed that you also have the same lightbar as me. It would be great to know what brand it is because there is not a mark on it. Perhaps the previous owner of your bike would still remember. Any way we can get back in touch with him to possibly find out?
