I appropriated one, found some clear hose to go on the end, and now when I need to top off gear lube, or engine oil in places hard to get to, I suck up the lube that I need with the syringe thing, and then it pumps it right into the hole with precision. NO valves to mess with, and no drips if you suck what is in the hose back into the unit. I realized that I needed a funnel and some fuel hose. I head to the auto parts store in my truck... while the bike is in the garage waiting to be serviced (that sounds bad...)
