If you ever pulled the lamp out of the headlight bucket you'd see a lot of wiring behind it. I can reach past my speedo and just touch the headlight and the noise stops. I've checked to see if the light is loose, but no. I've checked to see if anything is contacting the light, but again, no luck. It seems to be an intermittent problem that will stop when I throttle down, or speed up.
