I finally was prepared to order a set of Cobra Floorboards for my T. I searched ebay and found a pair at $209 that I was pleased with so I &#39;bid&#39; on the
Buy It Now price and of course I won. Now the story gets better. I go to pay for this and I am directed to a PayPal site. PayPal wants me to join before I can
use my credit card. So I join. Now PayPal wants me to confirm my account and tells me that I have to wait for the... ]]>

PayPal link. Then PayPal told me I was legitimate.

The key is to find an attorney stupid and greedy enough to take it on a contingency fee basis.  Fortunately (or unfortunately) there are too many stupid and
greedy attorneys out there.  And the stupidest and greediest become out lawmakers.  That&#39;s a different topic.

On a contingency fee basis, you would have to pay court costs/filing fees and the attorney agrees to take his/her fees from the judgment award, and only if
they can collect the money due.

Kind of a round about way, but this is what I would do...

- Get an attorney in case you need to follow the backup plan.

- File a law suit in the jurisdiction that would cover the transaction, probably the location of the item that was for sale or the shipping point.

- Follow the suit until you obtain a judgment.  In a small claims court, this should be 60-90 days.  I doubt Paypal will take your suit seriously, and will

to not have received it. UPS got involved and produced a copy of the signed drop off document where he had indeed received the engine and signed for it. Pay
Pal was still not satisfied that the low life had received the engine and held the $1700 in escrow until 9 months had passed. I got involved and threatened

That is how paypal verifies that you are who you say you are, you should be the only one with access to your account info.  I tied a debit card to my PP
account, they made 2 deposits of small change into my bank acct. that backs the debit card, I had to tell paypal what those deposits were to verify that I was
