Scott, thanks much!! for the find on craigslist... I was in touch a few times w/ the owner; unfortunately, he doesn't want to come down enough to suit me, but I 'm thinking he'll sell it soon enough... I appreciate your looking for it for me!

Hey Skip; I was actually looking at the vstrom; looks like a great deal.... however, was also interested in the bmw, ? I thnk it's the one like used in "the long way round"
mostly just dreamin....
I'm nearly in the market for a new ride, but, like my shadow ace so well, not sure what will be as great, except maybe the tourer!!!

Hi Jeff. My son is real happy with his suzuki 650 vstrom. The 650 rates out higher than the 1000.
