Thanks for the explanation as I find this kind of stuff very interesting.

A couple of weeks ago myself and my riding buddy changed the front and rear tires on my Valkyrie, always keeping the owner's manual close at hand. A professional mechanic would no doubt do this job in half the time we took but next time around, we will be a lot quicker.
