I also use a Hitchdoc, which you can find on eBay cheap. As for wiring, you&#39;re going to want a Hoppe brand Powered Converter. This little gem completely
isolates your trailer from your bike. If your trailer lights short out, it won&#39;t hurt your bikes wiring. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ wish you were closer to k.c. i know where there&#39;s one of those pop-up type camper trailers (small one) that can be bought for 50 bucks. it is gutted
inside, which you&#39;d want to do anyway, but still has the top. think it&#39;s aluminum, so would be light weight. needs tires, but it would be a great
start. i&#39;ve thought about buying it, but i have no desire to pull a trailer.

If you go the HF way, most recommend replacing the HF trailer bearings immediately because several have failed fairly quickly. On sale the HF 12&quot; wheel
version runs about $200. A good quality top box will cost you around another $200. By the time you put it all together, you&#39;re maybe saving $100 vs the
ready built, and you don&#39;t get the chrome wheels with the HF.
