Sorry to hear about the "meds" difficulty. Been there and done that myself a few years ago with difficulties with cumadine (sic). Trust that all is okay real soon.

I think it is so wonderful that you are going to be spending riding time with your Dad. Now I know that you're going to have your camera handy, so I'll just be patient and wait to see a few pictures of the two of you together. But don't forget we'll all be waiting for you to post those...

Alain, the event itself was really mellow, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I have tattooed at, and had my band perform at wild biker parties many years ago, and believe me, I'm over it! I think it was more wild at the night time parties at all the hotels than it was at the actual event. Like I said on my page, I went to bed WAY before those parties got started! LOL...

Dawn....I enjoyed your photos and documentary. I have never been to a motorcycle event like this and I wouldn't mind seeing a bit of the wild side before I check out.

I hope that Bob (mkotobob) doesn't find out that someone took his inflatable GF to the event and that she now sports tattoo's.

You are swamping me. I have enjoyed the pictures I have seen, but I have not been able to go through all the previous pictures yet. Ah, the good things in life!

Looks like a good time was had by all. It's wonderful that we live in a day and age when so many like-minded people can so easily get together in one place and have a great time!

I've got the webpage and video completed from our Smokeout weekend in Mocksville, NC. Whew! I never saw so many homebuilt bobbers and choppers in one place! I was prepared for a wild weekend, and surprisingly, it was actually pretty mellow. Thank God, I'm too old for wild biker parties - been there, done that, and I'm over it! The wildest part of the trip was riding the crosstown expressway in Winston-Salem and trying to get off on the exit I needed when some guy was oblivious...
