You'll need to buy new coolant and new O-rings for the tube from your dealer. There's one on each end of the tube. A pair of long handled needle nose pliers is a really big help, but can be done with a std size set if you have plenty of patience. This sounds harder than it really is, but here goes;

Drain the coolant from the engine. You may need to refer to the manual for this.

You'll need to pull the locking clips from each side of the tube. They pull straight off.

Take your pliers and gently twist the tube enough to break the seal on the old O-rings, then slide the tube to either side enough to get the old O-ring off. If you need more grip on your plier noses, then slip a couple of pieces of rubber vacuum line over the noses of the pliers. I found it to be easier to just cut the old O-ring off with a sharp knife, but be careful to not damage the tube surface.

Clean the end of the tube with an old tooth brush and WD40.

The space in there is too tight to get your hand in enough to install the new O-ring, so this is how I did it and it worked great. I cut two 16" sections of the internal small telephone wires, and looped them evenly through the new O-ring - one on each side.

Put a little white grease or Vaseline on the O-ring.

Push the 2 loose ends of the wire between the 2 heads and through to the other side of the engine.

I then sat on the seat and leaned over and grabbed the 2 loose ends of the wire on one side, and then the same on the other. I pulled on the wire ends enough to stretch and hook the top side of the O-ring onto the tube and then the bottom side.

Gently pull the telephone wires out by pulling on one end of the wire until it is free.

Using your pliers, work the tube back into the head until it stops. You should be able to remove and replace the second O-ring now.

Once the second o-ring is on, go ahead and install the clip on this end now. Then slide the tube back into the head until it is stopped by the clip.

Install the second clip, refill the coolant, and you're done. Do not use std auto coolant because it can damage your water pump. You must use a silicate free coolant available from any cycle supply shop or dealer.
