Sis and I were in Denver over the weekend. We ran across a great pizza place (local chain) call Beau Jo's. They had this creation called a Mountain
Pizza. The crust was huge! The "trick" there was to eat the slice of pizza, leaving the crust. Then on each table they have a bottle of honey,
that you put on the crust and eat it that way.
It was fabulous. When you get thru the Denver area, I recommend dropping in and trying it out.
