From right-to-left, Andy's GW, Mike's T and my NH at an overlook on the Blue Ridge Parkway. One of the many views along the BRP. Larger than life, Andy/Clerider bounds up these small mountains with ease. Another spectacular view from the BRP. At the top of the Parkway, its highest point, Richland Balsom. The three Amigos. One of the 17 tunnels between Asheville and Cherokee, NC, the southernmost protion of the BRP. Another pretty shot. Fred

Thanks for the pictures Andy (I also viewed the pictures listed by Stan and Tony). It is great to be able to put some faces with the names I see on the forum. I have a question for you guys. Do you want to do it all over again next year, because I missed it. Seriously, that is exactly what I would like to do in 2008. Let me give you some background on what I am thinking. I haven't been back to Ohio for a few years and I have family on the West side of Cleveland. I have an older brother who is recovering from a motorcycle accident and I told him I would like to get back and ride with him before he gives it up. I started to think about lumping all my vacation time together because I don't trailer. I also would like to meat some of the Eastern members of HSATF. I also belong to another motorcycle club called The Venturers, and I would like to meet some of its Eastern members. I noticed that both clubs usually plan a ride around the Honda Hoot. So that is my preliminary plan: ride back to Ohio, see family, ride with my bother (I don't think he is going to be up for the long ride to the hoot - it will probably be a one day family ride - 3 brothers and 3 nephews), and meet members of both clubs as I go to the Honda Hoot. At this point, I am not thinking of paying to participate in the hoot, as I am more interested in riding and meeting you all David 2000 Honda Shadow ACE Tourer - Black and Chrome (high contrast for high performance) 2002 Yamaha Royal Star Venture - Black and Chrome The possibility of the perfect picture lies around evey corner ... You just have to see it.

If I can't make it to that, then I'll try the Hoot again in June. I don't have enough vacation time or the money to attend both.
