Interesting to see that large bike pull that off...but the dude is also lucky he didn't wipe out. Did you see the wiggle on that butt coming around the
corner?? Which brings me to my point:
I know I'm a wet rag when I say that I wish folks wouldn't do that stuff on the street. We saw too many guys wipe out their bikes that way in FL, and usually taking someone else out in the process. I see guys doing that up on the BRP, too. It just ticks me off. Keep your showboating on the track where you can only hurt yourself when something goes wrong. Personally, those type of folks are not my "brethren", by any means. Okay, I'm jumping off my soapbox now...I didn't want to tick anybody off with my words, it's just my .02. Take it or leave it, as you wish. Live It, Love It, Paint It, Ride It!

"Boil off the back tire"...I like that expression!
NP, Chicago, I know the majority of us don't glorify squidley-ness, but can appreciate the beauty of seeing the nose of a big beast lofted into the air. The June 2008 issue of "Baggers" that just arrived shows a belt-driven bagger with it's nose in the air. It's a truly wicked and beautiful photo. It is just human nature for folks to generalize, though, and ALL bikers tend to get lumped into a bad/unsafe/crazy category when the squids pull these stunts on the streets. "Damn bikers". I overheard groups of young squids talking about their stunts on the road almost every week at bike night down in Largo, FL . They get such a BUZZ from doing it, and the hell with anyone else on the road. The folly of youth and their illusion of being indestructible... Live It, Love It, Paint It, Ride It!

goofy moves on the street but never a wheelie or any stunting.
Here's another wheelie video, but you can see this is on a closed course. http://bmwmoto.free.fr/k1200lt/stunt2.mpg
