listening to many radio talk shows about the new "tax rebate" gets to be really scary. i'm certainly not a financial guru, but from what i
understand, this will come from your expected 2009 tax refund. the government is NOT giving you anything, and in fact, in 2009 you may owe this back to
them. they just want to make it appear they're doing something now to stimulate the economy, and by what the majority say, most WILL NOT use the money
to buy something, but instead use it to pay bills.
