I was just reading the news on one of our TV stations websites and it said that Ribfest is having a band I think you and Sis like. Is it the BoDeans?

Yes, I do like the BoDeans. Sis picked up their new cd for me last week while I was in Belgium. I'll have to run this past her!
I was going to post a note to you today... Sis and I were in town on Saturday nite. Did you hear about the mess down at the Garden Inn... Sheila and I were there. We decided to take a Saturday nite and go to Mankato to see her two nephews, go out with them and their girlfriends, have a few drinks, etc. Well, it was prom and the hotel had many high school kids in it. Making noise all nite, and from the looks of it, setting off the sprinklers. What a mess. Why do hotel (and more ot the point) parents rent a room to/for the kids. Many people wearing the "Bad Idea" jeans that day. Do they have after prom parties on Mankato. I wish they had those when I was in high school...

That motel...brand new by the way, was a heck of a mess after the destruction. I sure hope they prosecute those responsible as this is just another reason why
things get so expensive. And for the parents who reserved the rooms for their underage kids...they need a good talking to as well.

Hell, I was trying to sleep!
I had just gotten back from Belgium and struggled to stay out until 11:00. It's rough getting old!
