I changed my brake pads about 200 miles ago. Now, when I apply my rear brake, there's a squealing sound. I ran my fingers over the rotor and it's
deeply grooved. I haven't checked the thickness, but it might be a bit thin. How difficult is it to change it and is the EBC brand okay? Or should I go
with OEM?

Remove the wheel and unbolt the rotor. Don't forget to use Loctite on the bolts when installing the replacement rotor. Torque the bolts per the service
manual.
Now, after saying all that, you may not have to replace the rotor to stop the squeaking. When you replaced the pads, did you clean the brake dust off as much as possible? Also, you can try replacing the spring clips that hold the pads. Those not only hold the pads in place, but also dampen the vibration which is what squealing is.

Before you unbolt anything, try this. One of the most commonly overlooked tasks when replacing pads is to score the rotor to remove the glaze. It is normal for
the rotor to have some smooth ribs and ridges. It will take several miles for the new pads to seat in (match the contours of the rotor) properly. To score the
rotors, you take a piece of 400 grit emery cloth and work the rotor in a diagonal pattern all around it on both sides. Do this in the opposite direction to
create a cross hair pattern on the rotor surface. Don't worry that you'll hurt the rotor face. It is harder than you think and would take a lot of
elbow grease in a single spot to do any real damage to it. Just work the emery cloth around until the surface is shiny and bright in appearance.
