It hasn't rained for............................oh let's see..................has to be at least 6 hours or so!! I think it has rained every day for the passed 6 weeks or so. I'm sure it has missed a day or two, but not many. I guess it's a good thing I can't ride. -Dan

I have had a Charter boat fishing trip planned with my sons for 8 months (gave it to them as a Christmas present)... Went down to Grand Isle, LA last night and woke up to terrible weather that has continued throughout the day...Now we are trying to reschedule for Sept...Getting three young go-getters to take a day off at the same time is a real problem..The upshot is, your 6 hour break simply moved east and now LA has it. As we left Grand Isle, streets, yards and parking lots were all under water...THAT'S ENOUGH RAIN...Bob <><

HSATF 1st Officer Posts: 1970 07/17/07 9:19 AM	I would love to be able to send it your way, Kirk. Parts of Houston got 6" yesterday. That usually happens in a couple of hours!! More predicted for today, and for several days to come. At this rate, they will not be able to pour the slab for my house for sevral weeks and we will be in an apartment for the rest of the year. Good thing is, Houston is spread over several miles. It may not be raining as much out where I am building. I'll check tomorrow to see how it's going. -Dan
