My good friend Dave M. came by yesterday and we replaced the master cylinder assembly, filled 'er with fresh brake fluid, vacuumed the air out, put some
serious mirrors on, put on the aftermarket exhaust tips Alan sold me (practically gave 'em to me) and she's back on the road! I didn't have time
for a long ride, but it's finally warming up here in MI, and I'm getting geeked just thinking about the riding season approaching!

Glenn....I should be getting excited about tinkering on my T in the next few days, but instead the weatherman is calling for 2 inches of snow this evening.

i'm with you guys...dang, this seems like a long winter! we've had two 70 degree days so far, then it turns right back cold, rainy, and even snow.
haven't seen the sun in 2-3 days here in k.c.
it's gotta get better! later, bud |

When you're on the bottom, the only way to look is UP. Cheer up.......it will get better soon. I've already had to mow the grass here.

Ran the A/C in the car on the way home from work yesterday.
Bluebonnets are popping up everywhere. SUMMER'S HERE!!!!!!!! Spring lasted a week. -Dan

Okay I'm going to start a new organization. It called the S.O.S.R.W.R.W.I.Y.F.
S - Stamp O - Out S - Southern R - Riders W - Who R - Rub W - Weather I - In Y - Your F - Face I'm going to call it S.O.S.R.W.R.W.I.Y.F. for short. 
And on top of all of that I've got several inches of newly fallen show on my property last night. When will it ever end?

add me as a member!!! bama, glad you had to mow the grass, that's a little "payback" for you southern guys...that's the only thing i hate about summer. last year i found a guy who'd mow mine for $25 bucks. hope he'll do it again this year for that, but probably will be higher with gas what it is. dan...flowers! the trees here have not even started blooming yet! sunshine here FINALLY, but suppose to cloud back up tomorrow and rain all day sunday.....crap!!! at least we don't have snow alain. hope that's gone for this year. later, bud |

My neighbor mows my yard. Its 75 right now and my bike is in the shop. Went riding today got 5 miles down the road and the bike started the squirrely dance and
sure enough the rear tire was flat. Pulled into a station aired it back up and started off back to the local shop that works on my bike. Got about a mile and
its flat again. I believe its the 90 degree valve stem is old and cracked. So here I am. Its beautiful out, tonights the first night at our local bike night
event and I am typing on this danged computer. Good weather isn't all its cracked up to be.

Yup...That is a bummer Jim. Now here I sit with a brand new tire on my bike. It has less than ten miles on it and the sticker is still on the treads. I
can't get out of my property because my lane is still full of ice.
Dan: That is just about enough out of you!  Is the weather nice in your area this time of year? I probably deserve some good weather shots after my wise guy
remarks about where I get my avatar pictures. Now is when I could use that beautiful Trike of yours. I could use three wheels to navigate my lane to get to
the blacktop county road.
In all seriousness, the weather is starting to break a little. It has been sunny but we just can't seem to get out of the 40's. Bob |
