A little steep in the price for a bike with 33,400 miles on it. I know the US dollar is dropping in value but come on!

The US to Canadian dollar exchange rate is pretty close to par. 1 dollar US = 1.02 dollar CAN. That would mean the exchange rate factor is less than $100.
Maybe he doesn't want to really sell.
