Putz....well that piece of news pisses me off. I was in Grand Rapids and Muskegon last Thursday picking up a Yamaha Venture Royale. If I had known you were in
Grand Rapids, it would have given me the excuse to stay overnight. As it was we just turned around and drove the nine hours back to home. I'm sorry I
missed you, but you remember I'm going to be in Lake Orion on Saturday June 7th and I am hoping that you can meet with me and Rabbi Glenn, ragtop69GS and
alans 98T. I still haven't heard from lbrown1 and whether he'll meet with us.
As to your question who lives in the Grand Rapids area, I have the following names for you. Chicago - lives in Baroda. He is south of you but not too far away. skutr9 - lives in Muskegon and that is just northwest of you. imrocky25 - lives in Grand Rapids. GaleRich - lives in Watervliet and that is also just a little south of you domino56 - lives in Howard city and that is just north of you a few miles.

Who is the Venture for?? Did you get tired of the 'T' already?? Sorry we missed each other. I was in Grand Rapids last Thursday, too. I don't think I will be able to make it the weekend you will be in town. I have a graduation on Saturday and relatives from out of town will be at my house. I don't dare take off. Too Bad about the reunion. Jay had suggested that we should crash your house so that you could be a part of the get together. Not to worry. I should be going
back to Detroit again later in the year. I usually go at least twice a year.
The Yamaha Venture Royale was for my brother. He has been in love with the early 80's versions of this bike ever since they came out. The one he picked up was pretty beat by my standards. My brother will use his retirement time to refurbish this bike back to some semblance of beauty. How's the job?
