the only problem was that people were laughing so much you sometimes couldn't hear the dialog of the movis. it was a hoot! lillian and i laughed all the
way through. i was afraid the laughs might come to an end in the middle of the movie, but that didn't happen. now i'm waiting for WILD HOGS II. they
just got to have a sequel to this! later, bud

Thanks for the affirmation on this movie. I hope it will be shown here soon. Maybe it will be offered on the drive-in screen and we won't have to put up
with all the other people making noise. I still have not seen Ghost Rider yet. Wife and I have been very ill the last 2 weeks.

I agree, Wild Hogs was hillarious. There were more "over 50" people in the audience than under where I was. I'll bet this won't hurt bike
sales any this spring. I certainly didn't see all the twists and turns coming at the end of the movie either.

meant to tell this in my other reply, but don't know how many of you speak spanish...i don't, but lillian does and i had to ask her what the gang members name meant, DEL FUEGOS. any of you that haven't seen the movie wouldn't get this, but it means "the fire". thought that was a neat touch by the writers. later, bud |

Saw Wild Hogs last night and laughed a whole lot. In fact the crowd in the theater were not what I would call a biker group. Many did not get some of the
humor. I found myself laughing when no one else was laughing. There were a lot of one liners that were truely humorous. So much so I think that I would have to
see this movie again and again to catch them all.
I'd love to talk more about this movie but I'll wait awhile so as to not give anything away. For those of you who have not seen the movie yet, I have one word of warning. Don't leave before the very end of the movie. You'll think its over with but its not. Stay until only the credits appear by themselves and pay attention. It's hilarious. My one observation I'll share is this. This movie was totally out of character for John Travolta, but his facial expressions were the funniest things I've ever seen him do. He was great. alepel |

We took the WHOLE gang out - me, hubby, 15 year old son, 13 year old son, 63 year old "former-biker chick in the 60's" grandma, and 40 something
spinster sister in law. We ALL thought it was hilarious!
Alepel is right - don't you DARE leave till the final credit are rolling!!! Hilarious! |

The fact that Wild Hogs grossed 38 mil on it's first weekend really surprised my son. He worked on this film and didn't think it would do as good as it
did. He was the Foley Editor, which means he filled in the sound effects for the movie. His name is in the credits (Randall Guth) but who stays to read them
except his parents.

That is cool that you son is a Foley engineer Bob. It is just fascinating to see/hear the difference sound engineering can add to the production.
My son is a studio engineer/producer in Seattle and as a parent I know the feeling we get when we see his name in the credits. Bob |

This is one that I hope they get out on DVD soon. I've tried to get to see it but so far have been to weak to even attempt it. Hopefully it will
stay at the movies at least a while and I'll get enough strength built up to see it myself.

OK you talked me into it , Sandy & I'll go see it tomorrow night . We were going to see it opening day but decided to see GhostRider instead since
it'd been here for a while and figured it might leave first . How can we be so lucky recently with Worlds Fastest Indian , not long ago , and now these two
maybe there's more to come .
Doug
I'm glad to be here but.....where was I going ?

maybe there's more to comeWho knows you maybe your right. With the popularity (dollars) these movies are generating there could be more out there. In the last few years we've seen, The Motorcycle Diaries (2004), The World's Fastest Indian (2005), Ghost Rider and Wild Hogs (2007). Did I miss any? "We want to be free... While this movie of sorts was not at the theater I have almost become addicted to it. Long Way Around aired on Bravo and then came out on
DVD. Two guys and 20,000 miles around the world in 115 days. I purchased the three disc set and have watched it nine times now. What I like is the
dedication and intestinal fortitude those guys had to do a trip like that. I like the DVD a lot better than the TV airing because there aren't all those
commercials that break up the flow of the film. Bob
