Looking for T Owners In Kansas City?? |
Lead | ||
|
I'm new to the forum. I am looking to buy a T in the very near future due to an up and coming mid life crisis that I have scheduled. Have been doing a lot
of reading on this post about the T and I have fallen in love with the bike. I am pretty sure this is for me but I have never actually been close to one let
alone sit on one to see how it fits. My question is there any T owners around the Kansas City metro area that I could hook up with and see their bike up close.
If so you can email me direct at parsleyphotos@aol.com. I'm in the north land
area around Smithville Lake.

Jeff, welcome to the group. Have you owned/rode bikes in the past? Good luck with your search.

Jeff: Glad you found us and good luck with your search. You won't go wrong with a tourer as they are a pleasure to ride and a very dependable motorcycle.
The nice thing about this forum, and I'm sure you noticed, is the willingness of the members to share their knowledge about the tourer, so jump in when you have questions. Cheers, John |

Yes have owned several bikes from dirt to street. Had a 750 and a 1100 Susuki and a 850 Yamaha. Just havent had one for the past 10 years or so. Got into the kid/family thing. Now I'm feeling like I need something to give me some freedom. |

Jeff, welcome to the brotherhood. KCRoadrocket lives in the Raytown area and is rapidly becoming a big part of this family we have. He's quite a
fabricator and has a knack for designing and building really good stuff for bikes. I'm sure there are other T owners in KC and are part of this group,
too. I live near the water, too. The Elk River down here in hillbillyville, Noel MO. in the southwest corner of the state if you want to ride some truly
gorgeous roads come down this way and you'll be smack dab in the middle of some of the best motorcycle roads in the country. Ride with the Spirit always
and in all ways.
