High everybody! Just recently purchased a 2000 Tourer with 4300 miles on it. I had an ACE 750 and decided it was time to step up. The bikes already got a few
things on it, driver back rest, sissy bar, and and engine crash bar. I'm definitely gonna play with the exhaust a bit, just to quiet. Maybe start by
finding a set of stock muffers and gutting them.

Welcome to the forum! Where bouts in Texas do you call home? I'm down on the Gulf Coast in Corpus Christi. If you are going to be looking for a stock set,
I will have a set available in the near future for a negotiable price...in other words, you make me a fair price and they are yours. I just have to get time
off to swap em out for the "halfbreed" V&H pipes with HD rocket fin mufflers.

Welcome to the family, rumblewagon. Don't go gutting the stocks yet. There are a few who are wanting to go back to stock and will gladly trade you their
modified stocks for them.

Rumblewagon.... welcome to the HSATF Forum from upstate New York. You're new to the forum but I'm sure it won't take you long to realize that we are more than a forum. We think of ourselves as a Brotherhood. With that comes a lot of interest and caring by our members, for our members. So don't be surprised if you find a lot more than motorcycling in our discussions. But if that's all you want then there is a ton of that here too. There is more expertise and information on this site about the T than anywhere and without all the verbal diarrhea that you'll find on other forums.

I get up your way every so often. I used to get up to JRB once a quarter for a long Reserve weekend but since the Navy retired me back in August, I don't
get that way as often as I would like.
