SchoolBUSMAN....welcome to the forum from the state of New York. We're not a nosey bunch but we do take a sincere interest in new members. Please go on over to the New Members topic and tell us more about yourself, your family, occupation and your biking history. A picture of your new ride would be nice also. It would be interesting to hear how you came across it. We welcome again and I look forward to talking with you more in the future. alepel |

Alepel, Thanks for the welcome. I came across my T about 2 weeks ago. I was talking to a colleague at lunch one day at a conference we were both attending in
Greensboro N.C. She said she had just purchased a new crotch rocket touring bike and she did not need 2 bikes and wanted to know if I knew of anyone who wanted
to buy a good bike. Well you know the rest.

Welcome SchoolBUSMAN and congratulations on the 2000 T. She sure is a fine looking ride. I just checked out the pics in your profile.
We're having a fall rally this September in Marion VA. Your welcome to join in. You can read about it in the events section of the forum. Fifth Annual T Rally "We want to be free... Free to ride our machines without being hassled by the man!" |

Congratulations and welcome to the family, SchoolBusMan. You've just made 2 great discoveries this month - you found a great bike, and you found a great
bike site. You're on a roll, man!

Schoolbusman,
Welcome to the Forum from the Charlotte area! You look like you live in the middle of the highest concentration of mosquitos I have ever experienced in my life. I have not been over your way since the '70's, but that last time I was there the people I saw in your area did not even feel mosquitos any more, that's how many time they have been bitten. Did you buy a T to outrun the mosquitos?

SchoolBUSMAN....just looked at the photos of your T in Yuku. I love it because I love the solo seat look. Your's is one of the best examples of that.
Fabulous looking T.

Alepel, I have since put the rear seat on it and added a sissy bar. My wife wanted to ride also. She loves riding too. Thanks to everyone that has welcomed me.
Great to have friends all over to talk to about T's.
