Hello Brian. After looking at the picture of blackbetty I'd swear that was a Spirit 1100 engine in her. I owned an 1100 Shadow before the Tourer and the
faux cooling fins on the engine sure look familiar. Did someone do an engine swap before you purchased the bike? In fact the passenger peg looks to be from a
Sabre or Spirit. Just being curious, not critical by any means.

Good eye !!!! Motor came from a dual pin Spirit that a customer totalled at 500 miles and the "T" was a stolen/recovered with motor, pipes,
windjammer, pass. pegs and other accessories missing. Dealership pieced it all together to come up with my baby. It's one of the reasons he hadn't sold
the bike and only used it as a loner bike.

Thanks Brian. So you now have a very unique machine. As you are no doubt aware there is very little difference other than cosmetic between the ACE T and the
Spirit engine, small differences in the final gearing only I believe.

No problem. I owned the new Aero Shadow 750 for 16 months before trading it for my supermoto. I loved that ride but the "T" is by far much more
Awesome...
