The width and depth were ok, but the height was an inch too tall. When I contacted the seller I was informed that it does fit a 2001 "T", but it will not fit a 98 "T". Is that correct? Did Honda change the battery size in the T's 4 years of production? I'm completely at a loss. Can somebody clue me in? I don't know yet whether or not the seller will let me return this battery. From what I can find out on my own, a GEL battery is not made to fit my 98 "T". All that is available is a sealed battery for an upgrade. Just as a follow up...... I checked Ron Aires OEM catalog and they show the 2001 "T" battery the same as all the other years, i.e., the T shaped battery! Posts: 5940 11/05/07 9:20 PM	Bob, Honda did not change anything during the four years of the T's production other than the colors. They all take the same battery. If it does not fit your '01T, it will not fit my '98T. Fred

HSATF Tail Gunner Posts: 233 11/07/07 5:09 PM Road Captain	No problems what so every.I've had it for about two year. I keep the battery jr..plugged in at night. I have the roadlamps and 2 -45watt each speakers.Never a problem and don't have to pull it to check the water.I paid $65.00
