Sweet truck, but I think this belongs under "non-tourers".
You meet the nicest people on a Honda (forum).

Here are some larger pictures of my international and some new pictures of my T with some new add-ons trunk, pipes and new floorboards and a pictures of my
classics. A little history on my international I bought it from a friend. He had bought a shop and the truck came with it well he was going to have it hauled
off to the juck yard and the junk yard wanted a $100 to haul it off. So my friend called me up and told me about the truck so I went and looked at it and well
$100 later and it was mine. It took me six months to build this truck from ground up. It is not all the way done yet still working on it but it does drive and
run great. I just did more work on the engine it is a chevy 350 that is pumping out 425 H.P. and still gets 18 mpg on the highway. Well there is alittle info.
I love my classics and my T fits in with them very well.

TW,
Thanks for the larger pictures and the details on how you got hold of and saved this beauty from the scrapyard. Looks to me that your noble efforts have paid off handsomely in the form of producing a very desireable vehicle. Congrats!

TW.....beautiful photos of your International. It looks like your driving it as beater for now. Any designs in the works for getting out of primer?
You really made me take note of the sedan your working on. Is that a Chevy? I built a 39 Chevy Master Sedan, but always wanted to build a Chevy Victoria. Very rare to come by though. I did crank out a 28 Ford Tudor and a 29 Ford Tudor.

TW,
Thanks for the larger photos and story of that beautiful truck. I didn't think they made truck boxes that long in those days! Cheers, John |

Thanks guys for the replies on my truck I plan on finnishing the truck but it will be repainted in a satin black the bed is the original very few
internationals were a long bed but thet did make them and the sedan in the picture is a 31 chevy two-door and when that car is done it will be fenderless with
a nice paint job. I am installing a 392 Hemi in the sedan. Anything that looks or is a classic I am in too. Thanks guys for the replies.

twmack2000 wrote: TW....years ago I was working on a design for a street rodded 31 Chevy Victoria. My plans for it would have called for steel top, fenderless, smooth
running boards and what was really unique was that I wanted to mount the front axle forward and even with the radiator. I wanted to use an aftermarket frame
but way back then, none were being made.

Alepel, I would've like to seen what a Chevy Victoria looked like with a forward front axle. I have heard of peolpe doing this but I have yet to see one.
The wood in my car is mostly good but I plan on taking it out and rebuilding it with a steel. I am going to put a steel top in everyone that I know that is
into the street rods tell me to use a top from a station wagon, but I want a smooth top not a ribbed top. I like your idea of the forward axle I might move my
axle forward and take a look at it and see how it looks. Ya a lot of peolpe stear away from the chevy's because of all the wood amd the price for a wood
kit is high dollar.

postings between us. But we won't let that happen here. Maybe

alepel, that is a really good looking car I would like to see more picture of that and the installation. I see how we could run up this topic but I find your
interest in cars to be like mine so if you would like I can give you my e-mail and we can chat back and forth that way we don't burn up the topic on here.

TW.....I've been out of the hobby for about 10 years but I would love to share any discusssions you might be interested in having with me. You can reach me
through the Yuku message board. I'll have to dig out some of those old photos and scan them to digital to send you.

TW, how do you like the trunk on that scooter. did it come on the bike or did you put it on. I've been considering the same one. I also notice that it
looks level front to back while others I've seen seem to tilt forward. Seems to me that a couple extra holes for the luggage rack would be all it would
take to achieve this. Oh...by the way, Nice truck! Later, Greg
