Tsukayu has a fairing which is available for HD. They promise it will be available soon for metric cruisers. You could give them a call.

I bought my '98 T in Oct, 2007. It came with a HD bat wing fairing. The previous owner made custom brackets to mount it to the forks. The windshield is
originally from the T. The bike took a nasty fall and scratched up the windshield. I need to buy a taller windshield. My head bounces around in the wind. I
tried it without the windshield and all of the wind hit me in the throat. That wasn't very comfortable after 20 minutes, so I put the beat-up windshield
back on. I have several pictures on my T on my page. I took off the trunk until I have it painted like the rest of the bike.
