no way. its really nimble in short turns and cool to drive around town. it has so much torque tha i leave it in 5th alot until i get below 20 mph. i have never
done it but heard of guys that said you can start off in 5th from stop and it will pull up to speed. most of my day trips are less than 200 miles.
no plan on changing my handle to stephens valk. still like the sound of stephens t. |

To my eye, there's nothing more pleasing than seeing a motorcycle leaned over. That first picture does it for me. Thanks for sharing Stephen.

I'm liking it, Stephen my boy!!
There's not a bike alive that can carry more chrome than a Valk!!! Acres of it!! Never enough!! To answer Fred, a little more. It is totally amazing how the weight of the Valkyrie just disappears when the bike starts to move. Like it just melts away. Those bikes are so well balanced and the CG is so low, it actually feels no heavier than the ACE Tourer. And is just as nimble..........with a little more than twice the horse power and torque!! NOW.............setting still. Let that sucker get a little past center, and you're going down!! Just go ahead lay it over on the engine guards and start figuring how to get it up!! -Dan

mine almost tipped over one time with julie on it. it was all i could do to keep it from going over but i did. if it was my old gl1500 wing, i would have just
had to let it drop. it does seem to have a lower center of gravity than that gl1500 wing i had.
