HSATF Member Posts: 46 11/02/07 8:57 PM	Tags : None All, After going through a number of threads in member's bikes topic, I find that I am a little confused. This past spring I finally got a ride again after a hiatus of 20ish years. I picked up a 98 T with 38K km (23K mi) on her. At first I thought that the T was quite stock. This was how the T came. Now I'm not so sure. In one thread there was a member without rider floorboards. ??? I assumed that all T's had floorboards. That being said, here are a few pics of my T. Can you tell me what is not stock, other than the mustang seat? Thanks, Jeff

Posts: 6121 11/03/07 10:02 PM	Besides the headlight visor and the radiator trim it also looks like you have non-stock seat, floorboards, seat, backrest, luggage rack, highway pegs, safety bars, tailight and turn signal visors. Did I miss anything guys? Fred

HSATF Tail Gunner Posts: 97 12/25/07 9:57 PM Tail Gunner	Hi Skip, Alepel & everyone, I have been very busy this year with work & just have not had time to post, but I do try to take a look now & again. I still have the T. I took her down through the Canadian rockies this year, about a 3500km ride with a friend & my Dad. I now have 46,000kms on Black beau T. My dad bought himself a 99 Honda Magna, so now he's back in the saddle at 69 years old. Now my son has his learner's & I am looking for another Bike, so he can ride with us. I don't know if I should let my son ride my T or not. I was looking at a VTX1800 plain Jane & putting Champion bags on & loading it up like my T; Or buy an 2007/2008 Ultra classic 96ci with a 6 speed or a Road King. The price is relativly close, What's your thoughts. I am planning a trip down to Hell's Canyon this year, 2008. Have you ever been down there! It looks quite nice. Dartman

My neighbour has 4 bikes, 2 of them are 82 Honda cb 750 custom's. 1 of them he has redone to the tune of $7.000 & the other one he is in the process of doing. So I am looking for one myself to fix up for my son to ride (only when Dad rides) so he learns the correct way & not on a crotch rocket wrapping himself round a tree! Jeff, I as for how far I got last year. We went to Rocky mountain, Jasper, Kamloops, Nakusp, Creston, Radium Hot Springs, back to Rocky & Saskatoon. Great wether all the way untill the mountain pass from Lake Louise to Saskatchewan River Crossing. It started to rain & then snow! So this year I have bought some heated gloves, just in case. This year 6 of us are travelling down to Hells Canyon for a week ride on August long weekend. I can't wait. We will be travelling to Lethbridge, Libby MT, Moscow ID, Enterprise OR, New Meadows ID, Lolo ID, Cardston AB, Saskatoon SK. Dartman.
