looks like i'm out and i really hate that. was looking forward to meeting some of you guys there. i had to spend most of last week getting my 92 year mom
in a nursing home. this time she'll stay there, so also had to help my brother get the house in order to sell and brought back a trailer load of her stuff
i'll keep.
then, shortly after i got back, i came down with the flu. went all winter without anything and i try to be really careful. use disinfectant wipes at the stores and always use the lotion when i get back in the car, but somehow, i got it good! haven't been out of the house since last friday, and it's 70 here today and 75 tomorrow! also, the bike just isn't ready yet. have new rear tire to install and the lowering links to put on and other misc. stuff. also, it looks like they're still calling for rain thursday and friday! you guys have a great time, i'll be thinking of you. bud |

were here, ESSR 2008 beautiful weather, got a little suntan on the way in yesterday, Larrytheacguy, gr8scott51, ezrods and jerry the "goldwing guy"
are here were meeting at 9 for todays ride, gr8scott51 has a friend with a harley should be 5 of us today, Brian is of course having to work,
you think if we go ask Cindy if he can come out and play it would work. 3 T's only 1 black come on you guys are letting me down!!!!!!!! looks like a low show this year, i will try to take some pics, Dan and Marsha showing up wed, we have to leave wed eve, back to work thurs. but looking like a great riding week heading up. ya'll are missing out good times, good friends, and nice rides what ever could be better. |

hey ez,
what's the weather calling for down there. the national forecast says rain everyday. might be a possibility i'd jump on the bike tomorrow and run down for a day, but just don't like riding in the rain. let me know if you read this today, and enjoy the ride. bud |

We had a thunderstorm interupt our 150 mile ride today, but we hung out under the shelter of a Sonic Drive-in for a half hour, put on our rain gear (why does
it Rod so long to put on his fishnet pantyhose?) and continued - without the Goldwing. The bikes are filthy - so is my smile. It takes more than a little rain
to dampen my spirit.

Be sure and tell Rod to make sure his pegs are duct taped on securely too. Either that or make sure that he rides in the back of the pack so no one will get
hit when one flys off his scooter LOL.
April and I are getting a late start but we should be there Friday night. Time of arrival depends on what time I get to leave work. We might be late but good Lord willing we will be there. We can't wait to see everyone. Has anyone heard from Lori? I wonder if we can get her to come to ES for the weekend or if we can head over there Saturday if no one makes the ride over Friday. Ready or not here we come, UC

can u believe it, i still have my cell phone, and have tightened my pegs, had a great ride yesterday, just got a little wet, ended up a great day, had dinner
at roadhouse, (the vtwin) was excellent, fat quitos has was closed so havnt had my biscuit and gravy, but we have to head home today, hope to see Dan and
Marsha before we leave, we have got a few pics, eclecticdawn i sure hope i get to see that fancy T , your after my own heart, i have a theme for mine planned,
but havnt found the right person to do it yet. kcroadrocket don't worry we will have a fair weather rally someday. LOL i used to be untill i met putz he
changed me. Now im ready to roll. gr8scott51 your just jealous they diddnt have fishnets in his color , UncleClay and After5 looks like were gonna miss ya, I
sure was ready to kiss the Bride. and hug her and squeeze her, and oh yeah say HI Clay, hahhaha we need to get together and ride sometime were to close not to.

Alain, thanks for posting that pics of the ES gang. ezrods...don't you know WHITE is the fastest color cuz it's LIGHTER??? *wink* (BTW, you know I paint fulltime for my bread and butter, right?
