just heard that kim suter is closing the doors on his custom bike shop here in k.c. (KIM SUTER'S KC CREATIONS) don't know how much you guys know of
him, but he's an award winning bike builder from kansas city and has had his business here for some time. a few months ago he closed his old shop and moved
to a new building. he's also a dealer for Big Dog choppers. i'm thinking the chopper/custom phase is slowly going down hill as more and more are
drifting toward bikes they can actually ride. i see custom choppers that originally sold for 30-40k on craigslist for 18k. they're pretty to look at, but
not a practical ride and the more people are riding bikes because of the gas situation, think you'll see more of the chopper style bike for sale very
cheap.
