This is the my story
The woman who had the bike listed on eBay was selling the bike for a friend and business associate (Lawyer).
The woman has a eBay business so her lawyer friend asked her to sell a bike for him. He emailed her some pics and told her the bike was in good condition and and it only had approx 9000 miles. He dropped the bike off at her business location and she had it there garaged.
After asking her several questions about the bike I was convinced it was in good condition and had no dents no mods and good original paint. So after winning the bid and putting down a deposit I flew out there excited about the bike and the trip home.
The very nice women picked me up at the airport and took me to the garage
THE SHOCK
2 dents on the tank ,windshield scratched from a fall, hardware on the front of the shield ground down from a spill, mirror edge ground down, brake reservoir ground down, both left and right rear crash bars ground down and to top it off the green on the 2 tone paint job had been repainted and not a good job. Obviously the bike had been down on both sides ,no major damage but a several thousand dollars worth of none the less
The woman felt bad and I felt bad for her as well . She had no idea, she never inspected the bike and went on this lawyers info.
needless to say I got my money back
