What do y'all think of this? Seems that someone on this board was attempting this mod already. Is it the same?

I've seen a few clear lens headlights, my favorite was the http://store.adjureinc.com/7.html They have a
adapter that is supposed to fit the our Honda's. I'm not sure it is the same as the link you found Stan, it looks real close, and the price is lower
than my link. It definitely has a good look. A bit more traditional than what I built for sure. It should provide better lighting than stock. Typically
compound reflectors like this are about 45% percent efficient vs the stock Fresnel lens at 29% But... it is still a conventional halogen bulb, about 1000
lumens. My HID is still 3 times brighter (3200 lumens) and only draws 35 watts. To each there own. I do like the look and it would be cheaper. I spent a
lot of time considering this option. Being an engineer I went for the best numbers.
