Editing to change the radius. Stock should be 12.68 not 13
I need some info
can anyone tell me the redline on the T or the maximum rpm's in 5th gear that the rev limiter kicks in
I found this formula for figuring out the theoretical maximum speed and need to have the max rpm
MPH=(Engine RPM * Radius)/(final gear ratio*128)
On the T with stock tires it would be
MPH(max RPM * 12.68) / (3.98 * 168)+ theoretical top speed in fifth gear
168 is some kind of constant for multiplying PI times twice the radius and converting the results from minutes and inches to
miles and hours
some of you math guru's may have a better understanding of this and inform us
Does this formula work?
I guessed at 6000 rpm and came up with 116 mph top speed in 5th gear
It would be nice to know the red line
