Hi John, sorry for being tardy with my reply. The tank bib is timberwolf leather.com, Tim Wolf is the proprietor and does a lot of custom work too.I love my
bib and it has just enough pocket space to.

I've been admiring your bike since you posted the photos, previously had an Aero with the WW tires and loved the look. Have been toying around with adding
the WW's to my T. Your photos and the lure of the less expensive bias ply tires has my interest. This question can be for you or anyone who has experience
in this area,,,, what is the difference in the handling and ride of the radial and bias ply tires? Is there a difference in safety, wet handling,
grip,,,,,,ect. thanks,,,sid

Hi Sid, after 600 miles I rate these tires a 9. the thing I like is no more Hum, that drove me nuts.I don't know if avon & metzlers hum but if they do
they'll never be under this bike.I never go over 70 and it handles as well as it did with the dunlops.I only reccomend wws to people who take the time at
each washing to drop the bags and scrub the rear wheel good.To me it's a no brainer I've been retired since 1987, so I've got all the time god
wants to give me.So in short go for the wws scrub the crap out of them and your off to the prom, and Sid thanx for the compliments.

Hi Larry, I've heard that the longevity of the maxxis is not good, I've only put 600 miles on these before I put mugsy up for the winter,so I can't
give you a report on that, but I do like the way they handle, as well or better then the dunlops.Don't forget, you can buy 2 sets of these for what
you'll pay for dunlop, metzler or avons.I think tires are a direct correlation between the rider and how he rides rather then to a rider and what he rides.
My son in law rides an ultra classic and brags that he gets 14,000 miles out of his avons, yet I hear of guys on this forum getting 20,000 or better on avons
and metzlers.
I'll be satisfied with 14 to 16,000miles, but I'm a light rider.I simply think they are classy looking, just my opinion. Jack |
