Please dawn No offense taken and the more artist the better . Its just that we both had the same idea at the sme time. I have to scan in the pictures of my
work and post it. I'll try to get to that for you. I was also asked to work on a new logo for venture Riders but i'm not sure where that is going. But
it would be cool to come up with out own "colors' Phil.

When you're replying, click on the "preview" box below, and then "quick reply"...that will bring you to a window with all sorts of
options at the top.
Click on the icon of a mountain/sun (next to the broken chain link) - you know, the usual "insert photo" icon. You will then have the option to upload a photo to your album from a URL, or upload one from your computer (for this option to show up, you need to click on one of your albums first). It will place the pics in your album...then you just click on the pic you want, and it will insert it into your reply. I hope that wasn't too confusing!! Live It, Love It, Paint It, Ride It!

I just hope the History Channel doesn't do a Gangland episode on your crew Alain. I watch one on Hell's Angels, The Pagans and The Mongols last
weekend. I would not want to see you on there.
Have fun this season, I'm sure you will. "We want to be free... Free to ride our machines without being hassled by the man!"

Of course there was that time that I tricked you into believing that when you put your pants on the zipper goes in the back. I don't care what you say.....that there was funny! Call me and I'll talk you through it. Dawn....I've read your reply and I'm still trying to figure out what you're doing. I don't get this part of your instruction....If you just click on the reply button at the bottom of a thread, it takes you to the same window. Ahhh, Alain, I always just start my reply by typing in the white box below all the responses...I've never actually used the "Reply". I tried it
for this, and lo and behold, that response box with all the symbols at the top instantly showed up. Guess there's more than one way to reply here!

Hey guys! My family(well in laws) are the same way. My wifes father, brother, both uncles, and both grandpas ride. So thats 7 including me. My brother is
currently stationed in Arizona, but is trying to get stationed here in NC. He said that as soon as he gets back here to Nc, that he is going to get a bike so
we can all ride together!! So when we go out there are a lot of bikes. Also there are a couple friends of the family that normally ride with us as well. So
usually whenever we go out for a ride on the weekends we normally have about 9-12 bikes all together! So thats really fun!

Jeremy....how are you doing finding another pair of wheels?
I'm really looking forward to this summer when I can get to ride with my son and son-in-law. But I'm really looking forward to the big ride when I hope we can get 7 to 8 family members together for a ride. I get such a rush from riding with a big group. I've only ever ridden with 6 or more riders two years ago when my brother Phil and I rode with some other members of the Americade Forum up to Lake George. Last night my boys and I got together for our Tuesday Night Dart Night and I was getting filled in on what they had been doing to their bikes. My son had told me that he had painted his whitewalls and that he was not happy with the condition of his spokes (97 Honda Shadow). I suggested he try doing some Internet searches for a pair of tourer wheels and swap out his spokes out for the mag wheels. He thought of painting his spokes but I tried to discourage that. And I understand that he bought a rather large travel bag for his backrest, because as I was to learn he and my new daughter-inlaw plan to go to Americade with me this year. My son-in-law has been putting the elbow grease to his 96 Honda Shadow. He has replaced the handlebar with an aftermarket set that moved the position of the bars further away from him. Seems he was getting hit by the end of the bars (?). He also painted the lower end of the the forks like someone else here on the forum did awhile ago. That I thought looked nice. Looks like were at the point where we need some warmer weather and for Mother Nature to wash off some of the salt and sand from the roadways. I think that we've got about two more months before Old #12 comes out of the garage.

Thats great!! Hopefully you guys can get some good rides in this year! I went up to WVA to visit my uncle 2 weeks ago. There was about 2 inchs of snow on the
ground when I got up there but the next day it was 60 so it ALL melted away, but to the point. There were guys that pulled there bikes out and was riding
around while I was up there. I was thinking to myself whenever I seen this, that they were crazy! As much salt that was still on the roads. I wouldnt dare take
my bike out with that much on the road, but there are people out there that I guess just dont care, or have the time for cleaning after the ride.
So for the case of searching for a bike. I am looking, but not to hard. I have a vacation coming up in March. Well its actually an anniversary and I am taking my wife to Vegas for a couple days. I have been talking to Bud about his bike. Just waiting to see if the guy that is trying to buy it falls through or not. Im not stressing over it though, if the guy comes and gets it, there is more fishys in the sea.
