For those of you who either own guns, or just believe in the right to own guns, and are not members of the NRA, they are offering a free one year membership.
I've never been a hunter, and therefore never had the need for all of the NRA's materials concerning such, but I do believe in an
individual's right to own firearms, and no one advocates that more than the NRA. I also believe that crime is only going to get worse and already there
are more bad guys willing to commit violent crimes than there are law enforcement people to protect us, so being fully training in the use of firearms, I fully
believe in the right to self protection. I keep seeing more attempts to have firearms completely outlawed. The problem with that is that, if that happens,
only law enforcement and the outlaws will have them and the rest of us will be stuck in the middle. I think enough membership in the NRA will provide the
means to prevent that from happening. If you think along the lines that I do, then money can no longer be your excuse not to get a membership. You don't
even have to own guns. You just have to believe in the right to own them.
