Haven't worked out the details as yet, but have been thinking for some time now that I want to change bikes. I have always wanted an Ultra Classic but
cannot afford that at this time.
A friend of mine has an Anniversary Heritage Softtail with 18,000 miles on it he is selling. He has over $29,000 invested in the Softtail and wants $16,500 but I can can buy it for $14,500 and I'm finding that difficult to pass up not only because it's a good buy from a trusted friend, but it's also a step in the direction of an Ultra Classic. The Softtail includes an extra set of wheels with nearly new tires, an extra windshield, the stock pipes he replaced with Screamin Eagles, and a new front fender because the original got a little ding in it. The price also includes a T-bag and some other stuff he said he has to gather up before he can remember everything he bought for it.
Like I said, I'm thinking about it. But I'm leaning more and more toward selling.
Difficult decision!
