In the past I have always enjoyed having "extra" daylight when I get home from work and missed DST when time reverts back to standard time. However this year, with my new job and commute I like that we are back on standard time. As much as I delight in the floaty feeling I get when me and my scooter are gliding through the darkness, not being able to see the surroundings (or them see me) raises my anxiety level thinking about deer on the country roads and cages on the highways. Last week I started for work in dark and arrived in darkness. This week I am riding in the light again.
