Crzynoof,

Mike Corbin designs his seats with little padding on purpose.  It is to keep from sinking in too far, and chafing the butt cheeks while vibrating over bumps or in general.  Despite the lack of padding, for years on end, I rode my Corbin comfortably from full gas tank to empty gas tank all day long on multiple day road trips lasting up to 9 days long.

On the contrary, despite the pillow soft feel of the Mustang seat when I first sat on it, I could not last more than 60 miles without squirming.  There just was not enough support.  It may be a huge seat, but my upper body weight only contacted an area that was about 6" wide and 5" front-to-back.  Corbin's dual touring saddle provided support measuring the full width (14") by about 9" front-to-back.  Even without much padding that Corbin seat is so much more comfortable for a long legged fella like me.
